The AKSA APD825M is a high-capacity diesel generating set built for dependable standby and prime power use across commercial premises, industrial sites, infrastructure facilities, construction projects, agricultural operations, workshops, and critical backup power applications. It delivers 825 kVA / 660 kW standby power and 750 kVA / 600 kW prime power, making it suitable for installations that require stable 400/230V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply.
Powered by a Mitsubishi S6R2-PTAA diesel engine, the APD825M uses a 6-cylinder, 29.96-litre, in-line diesel engine running at 1500rpm. The engine is turbocharged and intercooled, with electronic governor control, water cooling, integrated fuel system support, and heavy-duty construction for high-capacity generator applications.
The generator is supplied with a brushless single-bearing alternator with revolving field design, 2/3 pitch stator, Class H insulation, self-excitation, self-regulation, and direct-drive centrifugal blower cooling. This supports stable electrical output for high-capacity standby and prime power loads.
The APD825M is available in open, canopy, soundproof canopy, and on-road trailer configuration depending on installation requirements. Every generating set is factory tested, including full-load testing and control and safety shutdown function checks before delivery.
