Product Overview
The AKSA APD1915M is a high-capacity diesel generating set built for dependable standby and prime power use across commercial premises, industrial sites, infrastructure facilities, construction projects, agricultural operations, workshops, data centres, and critical backup power applications. It delivers 1915 kVA / 1532 kW standby power and 1750 kVA / 1400 kW prime power, making it suitable for installations that require stable 400/231V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply.
Powered by a Mitsubishi S16R-PTA diesel engine, the APD1915M uses a 16-cylinder, 65.37-litre, V-type diesel engine running at 1500rpm. The engine is turbocharged and aftercooled, with direct injection, electronic governor control, water cooling, dry-type air filtration, 24V DC electrical system, block heater support, and heavy-duty construction for large generator applications.
The generator is supplied with a Mecc Alte ECO 46-2S/4 A alternator rated at 1800 kVA. The alternator features brushless operation, Class H insulation, IP23 protection, DER1 automatic voltage regulator, 0.8 rated power factor, and stable voltage regulation to support high-capacity standby and prime power loads.
Control and protection are handled by the DSE7320 control panel. The controller supports generator monitoring, automatic mains failure operation, operating status display, alarm indication, fault protection, and shutdown handling. The APD1915M is available in open or AK 99 sound-attenuated canopy configuration with external removable silencer depending on installation requirements.
