Product Overview
The AKSA AD410 is a diesel generating set designed for dependable standby and prime power use across commercial premises, farms, workshops, site facilities, industrial units, construction sites, and general backup power applications. It delivers 410 kVA / 328 kW standby power and 370 kVA / 296 kW prime power, making it suitable for installations requiring stable 400/231V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply.
Powered by a Doosan DP126LB diesel engine, the AD410 uses a 6-cylinder, 11.051-litre, in-line diesel engine running at 1500rpm. The engine is turbocharged and intercooled, water cooled, and fitted with direct injection fuel system, electronic governor control, replaceable fuel and oil filters, dry element air filter, cooling radiator and fan, starter battery system, flexible fuel connection hoses, industrial exhaust silencer, steel bellows, and 12/24V DC starter and charge alternator support.
The generator is supplied with an Aksa AK 5300 alternator designed for stable 3-phase output in standby and prime power applications. The alternator system supports dependable voltage performance for commercial, industrial, agricultural, construction, and backup power loads.
Control and protection are handled by the DSE7320 control panel. The controller supports automatic mains failure operation, generator monitoring, mains and generator voltage monitoring, current monitoring, frequency monitoring, engine oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery voltage, running hours, power metering, alarm indication, event logging, remote communication, and shutdown protection. The AD410 is available in open or MS70 sound-attenuated canopy configuration depending on installation requirements.
