The AKSA APD66C is a diesel generating set designed for dependable standby and prime power applications across commercial, industrial, agricultural, construction, and backup power installations. Powered by a Cummins 4BTA3.9-G2 diesel engine, the APD66C operates at 1500rpm with a 0.8 power factor. The engine is a 4-cylinder, 3.9-litre, turbocharged and aftercooled, water-cooled diesel unit with direct fuel injection and electronic governor control for stable performance under load.
The generator uses a brushless single-bearing alternator with Class H insulation and automatic voltage regulation to support consistent output for general and sensitive electrical loads. Control and protection are handled by the DSE6120 control panel, offering system monitoring and automatic shutdown protection.
The APD66C is available with canopy and soundproof canopy options, plus accessories such as trailer configuration, remote monitoring, fuel system upgrades, battery equipment, and maintenance tools. The base frame includes an integrated fuel tank, forklift pockets on applicable models, anti-vibration mounting, and easy-access service design.
