Product Overview
The AKSA APD35A is a compact diesel generating set designed for dependable standby and prime power use across residential backup, small commercial premises, farms, workshops, site cabins, and light-duty commercial applications. It delivers 35 kVA / 28 kW standby power and 32 kVA / 25.6 kW prime power, making it suitable for installations requiring stable 400/230V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply.
Powered by an AKSA A4CRX25T diesel engine, the APD35A uses a 4-cylinder, 2.543-litre, in-line diesel engine running at 1500rpm. The engine is turbocharged and water cooled, with mechanical governor control, replaceable fuel, oil and dry element air filters, cooling radiator and fan, starter battery system, flexible fuel connection hoses, manual oil sump drain valve, industrial exhaust silencer, steel bellows, and a 12/24V DC starter and charge alternator system.
The generator is supplied with a brushless single-bearing alternator with revolving field design, flexible disc rotor, 4-pole construction, Class H insulation, self-excitation, self-regulation, solid-state automatic voltage regulation, tropicalised epoxy varnish impregnation, and 2/3 pitch stator winding for improved harmonic performance.
The APD35A is available in open, canopy, soundproof canopy, and on-road trailer configuration depending on installation requirements. Every generating set is factory tested, including full-load testing and checks for control and safety shutdown functions before delivery.
