Product Overview
The AKSA APD1425M is a high-capacity diesel generating set built for dependable standby and prime power use across commercial premises, industrial sites, infrastructure facilities, construction projects, agricultural operations, workshops, and critical backup power applications. It delivers 1425 kVA / 1140 kW standby power and 1290 kVA / 1032 kW prime power, making it suitable for installations that require stable 400/231V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply.
Powered by a Mitsubishi S12R-PTA diesel engine, the APD1425M uses a 12-cylinder, 49.03-litre, V-type diesel engine running at 1500rpm. The engine is turbocharged and aftercooled, with direct injection, electronic governor control, water cooling, block heater support, and heavy-duty construction for large generator applications.
The generator is supplied with a Mecc Alte ECO 43-2L/4 A alternator, offering brushless operation, single-bearing construction, revolving field design, 2/3 pitch stator, Class H insulation, self-excitation, and direct-drive centrifugal blower cooling. This supports stable electrical output for high-capacity standby and prime power loads.
Control and protection are handled by the DSE7320 control panel. The controller supports generator monitoring, automatic mains failure operation, operating status display, alarm indication, fault protection, and shutdown handling. The APD1425M is available in open or sound-attenuated canopy configuration depending on installation requirements.
