Product Overview
The AKSA AC1101 is a heavy-duty diesel generating set designed for high-capacity emergency, standby, and data centre continuous power applications. It delivers 1100 kVA / 880 kW standby power and 1000 kVA / 800 kW DCC power, making it suitable for data centres, industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, commercial sites, and critical backup power installations requiring stable 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply.
Powered by a Cummins QST30-G4 diesel engine, the AC1101 uses a 12-cylinder, 30.48-litre, V-type diesel engine running at 1500rpm. The engine features turbocharged aspiration, direct fuel injection, Bosch P8500 LLA fuel pump, ECM governor control, dry-type air filtration, water cooling, engine block heaters, and a 24V DC electrical system.
The generator is supplied with a Stamford HCI634J alternator rated at 1030 kVA. The alternator uses MX341 automatic voltage regulation, Class H insulation, IP23 protection, 0.8 rated power factor, and 1% voltage regulation to support stable electrical output for demanding standby and continuous-duty applications.
Control and protection are handled by an InteliGen NT control panel with MODBUS communication. The system supports automatic mains failure operation, synchronization, multi-generator parallel operation, power management, remote monitoring options, engine ECU support, generator and mains metering, alarms, pre-alarms, and shutdown protection.
