The generator is supplied with a brushless single-bearing alternator with revolving field design, 2/3 pitch stator, flexible disc rotor, Class H insulation, self-excitation, self-regulation, and direct-drive centrifugal blower cooling. This supports stable electrical output for demanding 3-phase standby and prime power loads.
The APD275A is available in open, canopy, soundproof canopy, and on-road trailer configuration depending on installation requirements. The complete generating set is mounted on a heavy-duty fabricated steel base frame with anti-vibration pads and an integral fuel tank. Every generating set is factory tested, including full-load testing and checks for control and safety shutdown functions before delivery.
