Product Overview

The AKSA APD715P is a high-capacity diesel generating set built for dependable standby and prime power use across commercial premises, farms, workshops, construction sites, industrial units, infrastructure facilities, and backup power applications. It delivers 715 kVA / 572 kW standby power and 650 kVA / 520 kW prime power, making it suitable for installations that require stable 400/230V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply.

Powered by a Perkins 2806A-E18TAG2 diesel engine, the APD715P uses a 6-cylinder, 18.13-litre, turbocharged and air-to-air charge-cooled diesel engine running at 1500rpm. The engine features direct fuel injection, electronic governor control, replaceable fuel, oil and dry element air filters, cooling radiator and fan, starter battery system, flexible fuel connections, jacket water heater on automatic models, and a 12/24V DC starter and charge alternator system.

The generator is supplied with a brushless single-bearing alternator with revolving field design, 2/3 pitch stator, Class H insulation, self-excitation, self-regulation, solid-state automatic voltage regulation, and direct-drive centrifugal blower cooling. This helps provide stable electrical output for high-capacity standby and prime power loads.

The APD715P is available in open or sound-attenuated canopy configuration depending on installation requirements. The generator set includes a heavy-duty base frame, integrated fuel tank, anti-vibration mounting, exhaust silencer, steel bellows, battery system, and service-friendly access for routine inspection and maintenance.
